How we work on the supply of spare parts?

The group is made up of official distributors of the aforementioned brands and supply spare parts in Genuine, OE and Aftermarket qualities, depending on the needs of our customers.

Stock availability

Thanks to the fact that we maintain a continuously rotating inventory of more than 20M USD, the percentage of spare parts that are in stock is very high. If we do not have them, it is a matter of resorting to the factory stock to supply it as soon as possible.

Prepared export team

As a general rule, spare parts are supplied in the following terms depending on the type of order:

• Courier express. 2-3 days. The merchandise must be in stock
• Air and sea groupage. 2 weeks. When we have to resort to factory stock to be able to supply it.
• Full containers. 4-6 weeks. When new manufacturing has to be used to complete the requested quantities.

The experience is that the percentage of spare parts in back order is very low, -5% and on rare occasions a part in back order remains in this state for more than 2 months. This depends on the brands and age of the requested models.
